Who's who There will be more info on the Council soon under Magellan - this is intended only as a basic primer. The Council decides course material and programs for each year. They are involved in the selection of the cadets from the many hundred of hopeful applicants. All members of the Council have been fighters for justice and peace and usually have illustrious careers - although a product of the simpler times that forged them they are (usually) highly respected, especially those that fought alongside Magnus Magellan. Councillors are also actively involved in the training of the cadets, nurturing them for future roles in the various Magellan Forces.
Karma Joffe - (formerly aka 'Premonitia' 1961-1975) has the ability to foretell events with a varying degree of of clarity. Usually a future event will impress itself upon her mind as if she were witnessing it (even if it comes to be that she never witnesses it because it is prevented). Replaces Gola Beh a powerful psychic.
Janje Ruff - (formerly aka 'Cyberia' 1980-1999) gained technlogically advanced cybernetic implants following injuries sustained in an alien attack on her space craft. The implants give her great strength and allow her to interface with other forms of technology.
Yuri Mantovic - (formerly aka 'Green Pope' 1959-1988) gained the ability to manipulate photosynthesising organisms (ie all order of plants) to his will, including accelerating their growth.
Mary Jemmas - (formerly aka 'Glamour' 1962-1992) a witch/occultist with exceptionally developed skills. Currently the Chairperson of the Council.
Ken Spence - (formerly aka 'Nitro-Man' 1969-2001) able to discharge hi-octane blasts through his fists. Injuries he sustained during a mission saw him lose both legs and he is now confined to a hoverchair.
Al Burfett - (formerly aka 'Dr. Logarhythm' 1962-1975) used mathematical progressions in music to thwart and incapacitate felons.
Dr Xee - (formerly aka 'The Zee' 1985-1998) scientist who accidently trapped his brilliant mind inside a genetically enhanced super soldier chimpanzee in 1985.
